These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SaveryTech website and your interactions with SaveryTech LLC, DBA SaveryTech (“SaveryTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, purchasing products or services from SaveryTech, or otherwise interacting with SaveryTech through our website, you agree to these Terms.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with SaveryTech, that agreement may contain additional or different terms that apply specifically to that purchase or service relationship.

SaveryTech LLC, DBA SaveryTech, is a Michigan limited liability company providing technology products and services.

Our services may include professionally upgraded used computers and other technology, managed information technology services, technical support, technology consulting, equipment services, and other technology-related products and services.

You may use the SaveryTech website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Introduce malicious software, code, or other harmful material.
• Misuse forms, ordering systems, customer accounts, or other website features.
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without authorization.

SaveryTech may restrict or terminate access to website features when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, or SaveryTech.

SaveryTech makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, availability, and other product information.

Because many SaveryTech products are used or professionally upgraded technology, individual products may have characteristics that differ from new equipment.

Descriptions of condition, specifications, grading, included accessories, software, warranty coverage, and other product characteristics should be reviewed before purchase.

SaveryTech does not intentionally misrepresent the condition or characteristics of products. If an error is discovered, SaveryTech reserves the right to correct the information.

SaveryTech may sell technology that has previously been owned or used.

We use the term “professionally upgraded” to describe equipment that has been inspected, tested, cleaned, configured, upgraded, or otherwise prepared by SaveryTech for resale.

Used technology may show reasonable cosmetic signs of previous use. Minor cosmetic blemishes do not necessarily indicate a functional problem.

Applicable product grading standards and warranty terms are described in the applicable SaveryTech Rescues documentation.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

SaveryTech makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and inventory information, but website errors may occasionally occur.

If an error affects an order, SaveryTech may contact the customer to confirm the correct information before fulfilling the order.

A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until an order is completed.

Submitting an order or payment request does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by SaveryTech.

SaveryTech may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

• Inventory errors
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment problems
• Incorrect customer information
• Shipping restrictions
• Other circumstances that prevent reasonable fulfillment of the order

If SaveryTech cancels an order after payment has been received, SaveryTech will provide an appropriate refund of amounts actually paid for the canceled order, subject to applicable law.

Articles – Good topics for articles include anything related to your company – recent changes to operations, the latest company softball game – or the industry you’re in. General business trends (think national and even international) are great article fodder, too.

Mission statements – You can tell a lot about a company by its mission statement. Don’t have one? Now might be a good time to create one and post it here. A good mission statement tells you what drives a company to do what it does.

Company policies – Are there company policies that are particularly important to your business? Perhaps your unlimited paternity/maternity leave policy has endeared you to employees across the company. This is a good place to talk about that.

Executive profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. Write a nice bio about each executive that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are.
